Well, they will stick one kind of needle in his arm
Via Justin (hat tip back at ya'), I found the following. If North Carolina is so damned sure this guy is guilty, why are they afraid to let the chips fall where they may?
I am beginning to wonder if some under some weird state administrative arrangement dispensation of justice ultimately falls to the same people who oversee road construction (those who live here will know exactly what I mean by that).
