Guns, Germs and Enviromental Catastrophe
Jared Diamond has, as you well know and Greg Easterbrook points out in this weeks NYTimes, pulled a rare trick in modern publishing: write a serious intellectual work that actually sells well. At some point in the near future I will be reviewing Guns, Germs and Steel and Collapse in this space.
