Never Mind: I Want This
After some research, I am leaning away from "The Grillworks" and toward the Braten GS (pictured above). The chief advantage of the Braten is the hood.
However, this will still require some serious mulling over a glass or two of Lagavulin.

I don't know what there is to mull over. This is certainly preferable to the first one you were thinking of. To paraphrase, it's the hood that makes it good... Although it's not immediately clear where one would mount a rotisserie on this model...
