Bloggin to a Non
The BBC has an article about the role that blogging played in the successful "Non" counter-campaign in France. Much was made of the role of blogging in last year's Presidential campaign, but I think this is a far more dramatic example of the emerging power of this culture: with very few exceptions France's conventional mainstream media was lined up behind the pro-ratification viewpoint.
